Our Client, HDM Metal Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified Vehicle Painter to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicle surfaces and related components or attachments for painting.
- Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders to achieve smooth finishes.
- Masking areas not to be painted using tape and paper.
- Mixing and matching paints to required colours and finishes.
- Applying primer, base, and finishing coats using spray guns, and sanding between coats.
- Touching up paintwork and polishing completed surfaces.
- Removing masking materials, waxing, and inspecting finished paintwork.
- Applying protective and rust-proof coatings to painted items.
