Randstad has partnered with Hansen Yuncken to find a dedicated Contracts Administrator to join the team on an exciting new Data Centre in Launceston. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence and commercial success on a high value build.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project administration, from procurement through to final close out. You will oversee the procurement of trades and major supplies, ensuring all packages are let competitively and in line with project requirements. Your day to day will involve monitoring financial objectives, accurately forecasting project outcomes and stakeholder management across site personnel including sub contractors. You will also play a key role in identifying and mitigating contractual risks while fostering positive relationships with clients and consultants.
