Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide buy/sell quotes for large crypto trade sizes
  • Execute trades and hedge exposure via exchange or desk inventory
  • Monitor exposure, spread, and risk limits
  • Work with clients on size, pricing, and settlement
  • Track market liquidity to price trades accurately
  • Follow KYC/AML and internal compliance procedures
  • Submit daily trade and performance reports

Requirements

  • 1+ year of active crypto exchange trading
  • Basic understanding of OTC vs public order book trading
  • Crypto wallet / transfer experience for settlement awareness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (24/7 market)

Nice to have: VIP desk experience at an exchange, market making, fintech compliance background.

Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
