Our Vancouver-based client is seeking an OT (Operational Technology) Support resource for a 12-month contract opportunity. This is an on-site role with potential for flexibility to work remotely once settled into the position.



Key Responsibilities:

 

• Support Front End/Server Operations for building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, CCTV, Access Control and life safety systems.
  
• Network monitoring and incident triage for  Building Systems and IoT-enabled devices.
  
• Assist in getting operators familiarized with the Integrated Building Management Platform and working directly with the Building Operations Centre Team. 
  
• Collaborate with IT to support the users within the Corporate Offices, and those systems available to users. 
  
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot system issues using digital tools and remote diagnostics.
