OT Product Owner

About the role

Own the OT Solutions product vision, roadmap, and backlog for supply chain, manufacturing operations and shopfloor digitalization, delivering measurable operational value aligned with OT Programs strategy and regulated (GxP) expectations.

Lead the idea‑to‑product pathway by translating OT innovation concepts into MVPs/PoCs and structured experiments, defining success metrics and evidence required to support scale decisions (standardize / iterate / stop) through established governance.

Identify and prioritize high‑value use cases across manufacturing and supply chain; translate needs into clear product outcomes and acceptance criteria in partnership with sites and key functions.

Enable release readiness and foundations for scale by leading user validation inputs, testing readiness, documentation, and reusable patterns to support compliant transition into deployment and sustainment models.
