Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support OSS/BSS platforms used for provisioning, activation, and service assurance.
Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and workflow failures.
Monitor application performance and system alerts; escalate incidents as needed.
Collaborate with NOC, Field Ops, Customer Operations, and Engineering teams on system issues.
Maintain basic operational documentation and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years in OSS/BSS application support or telecom systems support.
Strong understanding of provisioning, activation, and service assurance workflows.
Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, or data flows.
Basic SQL skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn Salesforce Administration and backup responsibilities in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OSS/BSS systems such as Vetro FiberMap, GoCare, Data Axel, or similar.
