Role Summary:
The OSP Senior Technician is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, repair, and quality assurance of outside plant (OSP) infrastructure, including fiber optic cables, poles, ducts, manholes, and other supporting equipment. This role also supports junior technicians in the field and ensures compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform the installation, splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic and copper cables.
• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on OSP facilities (aerial and underground).
• Read and interpret OSP engineering drawings, maps, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors for project implementation and network upgrades.
