Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized OSP/ISP Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of telecom infrastructure installations within a large-scale data center environment. This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex fiber optic systems and requires a deep understanding of both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) construction practices. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising crews, managing day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is performed to specification, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
