The OSP O&M Engineer is responsible for the implementation, operation, maintenance, and repair of Outside Plant (OSP) fiber optic network infrastructure. The role involves overseeing aerial and underground fiber optic cable (FOC) projects, ensuring network reliability, supervising field activities, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Outside Plant (OSP) fiber optic projects and maintenance activities.
• Oversee the installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of aerial and underground Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) networks.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and project assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead field teams and coordinate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
