OSP Copper Splicer (Expert Level)
Location: Coronaa, CA (On-site / Field-Based)
Pay: $30–$40/hr + Overtime

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OSP Copper Splicer to perform advanced splicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of copper cable networks in aerial and underground environments. This is a 100% field-based role requiring hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
+ Splice, rearrange, and terminate copper cables (aerial and underground)
+ Install and seal closures to industry standards
+ Test, troubleshoot, and repair copper cable systems (OSP facilities, terminals, loop carriers)
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
+ Locate and repair cable faults while ensuring system reliability
