Job Description:
As a Technical Operations Manager – OSP Construction Program Manager, you will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with engineering standards, and budget accountability.
You will work across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are executed smoothly, driving operational excellence in network expansion and infrastructure deployment
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to engineering design plans, standards & specifications, contractual SOWs, and municipal requirements while managing transparent change control processes.
Manage all aspects of project delivery including pipelines, budgets, scheduling, resource planning, vendor management, project dependencies, financial reporting, invoice approvals, and material management.
