This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams and contractors, and can successfully manage multiple projects from kickoff through closeout.
What You'll Do
✅ Manage multiple underground and aerial fiber
construction projects simultaneously
✅ Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts,
and resource planning
✅ Lead Construction Supervisors, field teams, and
subcontractors
✅ Monitor production, quality, safety, and
project performance metrics
✅ Conduct field audits, site visits, and quality
inspections
✅ Review permits, construction drawings,
