Enhance patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in orthopaedics at Ashcroft Urgent & Primary Care Clinic. This full-time role offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.
We are seeking two Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in an autonomous setting. Ideal candidates will have BCCNM recognized education and experience in orthopaedics. You will perform nursing assessments, implement care plans, and support patients with mobility aids while collaborating with physicians and NPs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient conditions in orthopaedic care
• Apply and remove casts, splints, and traction equipment
• Assist in minor surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
