We’re looking for an ORM Manager to manage and look after the online reputation of an educational institution and other brands across digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
Monitor and manage brand presence across Google, social media, review platforms, and forums
Handle reviews, comments, messages, and public feedback professionally
Respond to queries, complaints, and negative feedback in a timely and brand-safe manner
Create response guidelines and escalation processes
Work with social media, client servicing, and content teams to manage brand communication
Track sentiment, reviews, and reputation metrics and share reports
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve brand perception
