Note: Candidates based out of Mumbai with a minimum Notice Period would be preferred

  • Monitor online platforms, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), review websites, forums, etc., to identify mentions of the brand.
  • Regularly assess the sentiment and tone of online conversations related to the brand.
  • Respond to online reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive and negative feedback.
  • Escalate and coordinate responses for complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
  • Analyze online content trends and patterns to identify potential reputation threats or opportunities.
  • Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance the brand's online reputation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
  • Assist in crisis management by monitoring and addressing online issues promptly and effectively.
