Origination Manager (Oxbow)

Summary

The intent of this position is to provide leadership to our origination and administrative teams at the location while closely collaborating with operation and logistics teams to effectively execute programs. Additionally, this position will establish long‑term relationships with customers to pursue grain origination. This position will target customers and develop effective pricing strategies and promotions, represent the company at the farm level, and play a key role in planning logistics to meet the needs of customers and Bartlett facilities.
