Join Orica as a Technical Services Representative focusing on WebGen in Sudbury, Ontario. Lead safety initiatives and optimize customer service in technical mining applications.
In this role, you will support clients across Eastern Canada with the implementation of WebGen Supervisory Service. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from risk management and customer communication to drill/blast design and equipment maintenance. This critical position also requires bilingual capabilities and a mining background to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe leadership during WebGen service implementations
• Supervise loading and firing of WebGen blasts
• Manage internal and external communications effectively
• Support drill/blast design for customer projects
• Conduct progress and performance KPI measurements
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
• At least 2 years of mine planning experience
