Drive organizational transformation initiatives in Student Affairs as the Senior Director. Champion strategic change that builds effective processes and enhances the university's operational culture.This pivotal role involves advising on and implementing large-scale transformations and initiatives that improve service delivery and efficiency. You'll work closely with university leadership to shape the strategic direction of Student Affairs.
