Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description:
Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation goals.
Analyze organizational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver talent development strategies, including leadership training and team-building activities.
Consult with department leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting.
Proven expertise in change management methodologies and diagnostic tools (e.g., SWOT, Lean Six Sigma).
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in OD, coaching, or change management (e.g., Prosci, CPLP) is preferred.
