Job Description

I’m Sandra Hansson, Head of PMO, and I’m looking for someone who can turn workforce strategy into clear priorities, practical frameworks, and measurable business impact. In this role, you will help shape how Telia builds critical capabilities, closes skills gaps, and enables transformation across the Nordics & Baltics.

What you’ll do:

Lead key initiatives that strengthen Telia’s skills-based workforce agenda by turning strategic priorities into workforce actions, capability plans, and talent decisions.

  • Translate business priorities into concrete 3–5 year capability plans and workforce actions
  • Build workforce scenarios that identify critical skills gaps, surpluses, and transformation risks linked to AI, automation, and digitalization
