  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Data gathering and basic analysis skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and systematic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Organizational Development Programs
    • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational and employee development programs aligned with business needs.
    • Coordinate activities that support workforce capability development and organizational effectiveness.
