Position Overview:
OD Lead will be responsible in collating and analyzing data related to programs (process), trend analysis, implementation feedback as necessary for OD strategy formulation, create the implementation plan and specific program calendar, collaborate and finalize creation of new roles, job evaluation, publication and communication to units and other stakeholders for middle junior management roles as per the process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting: Lead data analysis, come up with conclusions and ensure that all data requirements of the senior managers are readily available and completed in time for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
