Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead organizational development, workforce strategy, and change management initiatives across regional and international clients. This is a strategic, people-focused leadership role. It is not a technical IT or system configuration position. The focus is on organizational impact, stakeholder alignment, capability building, and adoption of business transformation initiatives. The role combines client leadership, team management, and market growth responsibilities in Mexico.
