for its UAE based project to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational development initiatives by executing administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks in a structured and timely manner. This role focuses on
HR process improvement, employee engagement initiatives, data tracking, and documentation management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Organizational Development Support
- Assist in designing and implementing OD programs such as performance management, employee engagement, competency development, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR development activities.
- Support the creation and rollout of HR frameworks, SOPs, and policies.
