Job Description

Parker Russell Lahore office is hiring a competent Organizational Development Associate for its UAE based project to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational development initiatives by executing administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks in a structured and timely manner. This role focuses on HR process improvement, employee engagement initiatives, data tracking, and documentation management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Organizational Development Support
Assist in designing and implementing OD programs such as performance management, employee engagement, competency development, and culture initiatives.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR development activities.
Support the creation and rollout of HR frameworks, SOPs, and policies.
Conduct initial research on best practices related to OD, learning & development, and HR effectiveness.
