Organizational Development and Training Advisor

As the Manager/Senior Manager – Learning & Development & POSH, you will:

✔️ Drive the overall L&D strategy across functions and levels

✔️ Lead training design, facilitation, and impact measurement

✔️ Conduct POSH awareness and ensure full compliance with the POSH Act, 2013

✔️ Strengthen site-level training, capability, and safety culture

✔️ Enhance workplace behavior and grooming standards through structured soft skills training

✔️ Manage LMS, digital learning tools, and blended learning frameworks

✔️ Lead on-site training for blue-collar workforce across shifts
