Organizational Coach (Fintech) – Barcelona Full‑time, on‑site position at Merlin Digital Partner, supporting a rapidly expanding fintech firm focused on flexible working capital and invoice advance solutions.
Mission As an Organizational Coach you will be a key driver of the company's organisational transformation journey, using a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy to scale processes, culture, and team autonomy.
Responsibilities Report directly to the CEO.
Actively contribute to the company's organisational design and structure.
Define and execute the organisational improvement strategy aligned with the business, technology and departmental objectives.
Provide methodological support for strategic and tactical planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and product & technology.
