Position: Organizational Change Manager Senior
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 248 Business Days
Must Have:
- University degree in Commerce, Communications, or a related field with 4+ years of progressively responsible experience, OR Diploma in a related field with 6+ years of progressively responsible experience (education and experience equivalencies accepted)
- Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, CMI, or equivalent) from a recognized issuing body
- 4+ years experience applying change management methodologies and principles
- 4+ years demonstrated experience in consultation, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship management
