Role Summary

The OCM Analyst supports the delivery of organizational change activities during system implementation projects. This role focuses on execution — ensuring business readiness, user adoption, and smooth transition — rather than strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute change management activities aligned with implementation plans
• Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments
• Support development of communication materials and change artifacts
• Coordinate business readiness activities across affected groups
• Assist in training coordination and deployment support
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, and stakeholder sessions
• Track adoption metrics, risks, and resistance points
• Support go-live readiness and post-deployment stabilization
