The IT OCM is responsible for shaping and executing communication and change management strategies that support the successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. This role serves as the central coordination point for IT communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and strong alignment across projects, operations, and leadership priorities.
This individual will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve end-user readiness, and elevate how IT communicates across the broader organization.
