To develop the planned change to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with leaders to developing progressive OD (OD; Organization Development) and L&D project (L&D: Learning and Development Diagnose Organization situation, issues and define needs then provide direction in the development and implementation of change management process, in partnership with HR team of TBC-Ball (VN) and TBC. Develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employee perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs . Lead the development and implementation of OD and L&D project, core values and desired behavior embedding, management of change, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
