Purpose of the Job: The Organisational Effectiveness Specialist leverages Organisational Development (OD) and Change Management expertise to design, lead and implement initiatives that strengthens organisational performance. The role is responsible for developing and executing OD and change strategies that enable successful adoption and sustained use of new processes, systems, and ways of working. A key objective is to maximise the value and impact of organisational change while minimising employee resistance and disruption to business performance.
