The client requires an experienced Organisation Design (OD) Consultant to work within its People & Culture function, supporting organisation design, workforce optimisation, and HR transformation initiatives. The role will provide strategic and operational OD expertise to align organisational structures, workforce capabilities, and governance with business objectives.
