Job Description What will you be doing? We have an exciting learning opportunity for an HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following: Performance Management process support through delivering user training
Job grading process support through gathering prework documentation
Talent assessments administration and system support
Job profiling process administration and knowledge management support
Change management support for Invocoms
Internal communications support
Workshop planning, coordination and logistical and admin support
Survey administration as required Graduates at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in starting their careers with the Human Resources field. Qualification Requirements Grade 12
