Job Description

Cpl Recruitment have an exciting requirement for an experienced Organisational Development Executive, with 3 + years’ experience, for a 12-month Fixed Term contract with a Public Sector Organisation. The successful candidate will provide support to the Organisational Development (OD) function and contribute to multiple projects. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

·Provide administrative and operational support for the OD team across all activities.

·Assist in the delivery of OD projects, including change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

·Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives

·Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for OD projects and activities.

·Contribute to research and analysis to inform OD strategies and decision-making.

·Handle ad hoc duties and tasks as required to support the HR and OD function.
