Overview

Temp All Staffing are recruiting for an Order Processor on behalf of our client in Colchester, this role requires someone with a strong customer service background and a proven track record of managing orders end to end in a busy environment.


Working 2 days per week, ideally a Monday and Tuesday 9.00am-5.00pm


Temporary until January 2027 to cover maternity leave


The Role

  • Managing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery

  • Proactively communicate with customers on order status, delays and amendments

  • Handle order-related queries, issues and complaints promptly and professionally through to resolution

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of order processing procedures and administrative processes
