Job Description

  • Handle customer orders via phone, email, WhatsApp, and sales teams.

  • Accurately input orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.

  • Coordinate daily operations with the sales team.

  • Manage order issues, rejections, and returns with customers and the warehouse.

  • Oversee stock replenishment and billing for distributor orders.

  • Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and GDPMD guidelines.

  • Perform other assigned administrative or operational tasks.

Requirements
