Job Description
Handle customer orders via phone, email, WhatsApp, and sales teams.
Accurately input orders to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate daily operations with the sales team.
Manage order issues, rejections, and returns with customers and the warehouse.
Oversee stock replenishment and billing for distributor orders.
Log, track, and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and GDPMD guidelines.
Perform other assigned administrative or operational tasks.
