Responsibilities
- Leading the order processing team for the Purchase Order process.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the entire team work plan and ensure the completion of tasks.
- Assist and support sales teams in administrative tasks for a smoother work process.
- Issue sales-related documents such as sales order, purchase order, invoice, etc.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Sales Planning, Accounting, and Product Distribution Center about inventories.
- Coordinate with transportation for rounds of delivery, making appointments of delivery, and following up for the on-time delivery.
- Always stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Coordinate with customers and/or other related people or departments via phones and emails both inside and outside the company for the smoothest product delivery.
