Your tasks

• 1. Order Entry & Verification Accurately receive, review, and process incoming sales orders and purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP). Cross-verify all order details against customer requests to ensure accuracy.
• 1. Coordination with related parties Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to arrange timely delivery of products and ensure all required documentation is prepared.
• 1. Customer Communication Act as a point of contact for customers, providing order status updates and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
• 1. Compliance & Safety Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
