What will you do:

  • Essential Responsibilities

Administrative tasks related but not limited to:

  • Booking orders into SAP
  • Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Using Microsoft SharePoint tool to manage order workload and route booking packages
  • Work with Delivery organization and factory contacts to expedite shipments, return material, resolve issues.
  • Take ownership and accountability for orders booked and issue resolution.
  • Respond to Collections questions when needed.
  • Creating monthly reporting for orders management.
  • Billing orders.
  • Participate in month end closing activities.
