Order Manager

An Order Manager is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the lifecycle of customer orders from creation to product delivery. This role requires an advanced working knowledge of supply chain and programmatic processes, an understanding of key internal systems, the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and the ability to influence and direct cross-functional teams and activities that ensure the successful and timely delivery of orders. Order Managers also apply a continuous improvement mindset to make recommendations for process and/or system enhancements.



Order Managers take an active role in building and maintaining high performance relationships with customers and all supporting teams resulting in the achievement of customer SLA's and outcomes.
