As a Team Leader within the Order Management Team, your role will encompass two key aspects: the seamless execution of daily operations and the strategic development of the team and its processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Leadership and performance management of the team, developing skills and abilities within the team whilst ensuring the necessary tools and training are available to achieve the most from each team member
- Proper prioritization of teams’ workload
- Contributing to strategy for the department and executing it
- Interfacing with MSI stakeholders by proper customer focus and flexible execution
- Building strong relationships with the business and drive importance of the role
- Supporting business commitments trough on time & proactive communication
