Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for detail-oriented and efficient Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and processing orders, ensuring that all necessary details are confirmed, and any issues are promptly addressed
Key Responsibilities
- Run outstanding orders reports
- Research order notes and history
- Confirm physician and order details
- Call to request prompt return of signed orders
- Initiate change orders
- Remedy returned non-compliant orders
- Escalate remaining order issues to agency staff
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- BPO experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in healthcare administration, finance, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
