We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to support order processing, customer service, and shipment coordination. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor customer orders
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork
  • Follow up on payment status and shipping arrangements
  • Maintain customer and product information in the system
  • Handle customer issues and support order resolution
  • Update and maintain sales order reports
