This Position reports to: Supply Chain & Spare Parts Manager

Provide customers with support (e.g. order assistance, payment-related assistance) to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Processes orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as first point of contact for customer questions and orders.
