  • Answer phone calls and manage customer requests, distributing calls to the appropriate team if needed. Receive customer requests via email and manage them.
  • Distribute requests from the shared customer service inbox to colleagues in the department.
  • Manage quotations: receive requests, create quotations, follow up on acceptance and act on superior instructions.
  • Order Management: create sales orders, purchase goods for the central warehouse and follow up on delivery.
  • Coordinate order delivery tracking with Supply Chain & Logistics.
