Elevate customer service excellence as an Order Management Specialist with ABB in a hybrid work environment. You'll support order processing and ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Spare Parts Manager, this position requires strong communication skills and experience in order management. You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to process orders accurately. Your proactive approach will drive operational efficiency through effective order handling and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Execute orders from booking to payment
• Deliver orders on-time per contractual obligations
