Job Description

Role:


The Business Administrator is responsible for managing the full life cycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining high levels of customer service, and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.


Responsibilities:


Order Processing

  • Receive Customer orders via EDI into our SAP, review the order.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, material number, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies if any.


Customer Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, delays, or changes.
  • Handle OTB/feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
