to theManager, Customer Service.
 Job Scope
 The Order Management and Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for helping maintain
internal and external customer relationships, serving as the first escalation point for
service issues, and running back-office activities. This role is responsible for Month end
close, pricing, invoicing, fulfillment, returns process and working with IA, Credit and
legal. The Order Management and Fulfillment Team Lead helps drive customer loyalty
and achievement of the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering
exceptional customer service. The team lead will work with minimal supervision and
heavy decision-making.
