**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders
+ Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment.
+ Review and process change requests
+ Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time
+ Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations
+ Process and issue invoices
+ Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction

+ Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.
